Join MART Studios, one of Ireland’s largest community of Visual Aritsts with over 150 members in workspaces across Dublin & Galway! Gain all the below benefits to assist your professional artistic career. MART began in 2007 and has supported its members and hundreds of artists through national and international exhibitions, art fairs, projects, talks, workshops, professional development opportunities and since 2013 has become one of Irelands largest of studio workspace providers. Studio Prices range from €250-€1500 depending on square metre.

With this private workspace, you can fully immerse yourself in your discipline, free from distractions and interruptions. - You’ll enjoy a bill free studio, equipped with superfast broadband and parking where available.
- Convenient Hours of Operation: Access your studio from 7am to 11pm daily.Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. That’s why we provide a work environment equipped with 24/7 security monitoring and fire and burglar alarm systems. These measures are in place to give you peace of mind, knowing that you can focus on your art in a space that is secure and conducive to creativity.
- Participation in Annual Members Exhibition: As a member, you’ll have the opportunity to display your artwork in MART’s Annual Visual Arts Members Exhibition. This event allows you to share your work with a broad audience and gain exposure within the artistic community.
- Enjoy one free private use day pass to our dedicated art spaces – The MART Gallery in Rathmines and our Project Space in Harolds Cross. These spaces are ideal for you to create or document work, and invite curators to see your work on display. { A 6 Hour Booking of the space for your private use available after 6 months of membership}
- Eligibility for Exhibition Opportunities: As a member, you’ll gain the unique advantage of being considered for a range of curated exhibitions and opportunities, both locally and internationally, curated by MART.

Application
- Due to the high demand we run this membership via a waiting list to join,
- We have various Studios that become available across our studio network from month to month, so often prospective Artists are matched with a studio within a few months.
- To apply for a Studio Membership Join our Waiting List via our Enquiry Forms here.
- We will contact you when studios become available.
- Please Note: Members who sign up for our Digital or Professional Development Membership will get priority notification of available studios.
- A Membership agreement will be signed for those who join our studios that will outline the full terms of MART’s Studio Membership.

MART Gallery & Studios is an artist-led arts organisation based in Dublin founded in 2007 by Ciara Scanlan, Chloe Freaks and Matthew Nevin. Our mission is to be a leading advocate for the arts by providing sustainable creative art studios and to promote contemporary visual art through an engaging curatorial programme, to local and international audiences.
Gallery
MART Directors Ciara Scanlan & Matthew Nevin have curated and supported hundreds of artists through previous exhibitions, events, festivals and art fairs across Ireland, UK, Europe, USA & Japan. MART Gallery & Studios has a rich history of supporting and promoting the arts, and its artistic program is a reflection of this commitment. In 2013, the MART Directors transformed the old Rathmines Fire Station into two galleries, creating a new home for contemporary art in Ireland. MART’s galleries provide a space for artists to showcase their work and engage with local and international audiences. The organization supports artists working across all disciplines, with a particular emphasis on those working in sculpture, video, new media, installation, and live art-making practices.
