Call Out: Vendor Residency @ MART – Summer/Autumn 2025
A curated retail residency for Makers and Foodies
We’re excited to launch a new monthly Vendor Residency at MART Gallery Rathmines — offering independent makers and food vendors the opportunity to take over a dedicated, spacious area in our gallery on Rathmines Main Street.
Rather than weekly stalls, this 4-week residency offers you consistency, visibility, and space to shine.
It’s a direct response to requests from vendors looking for more stability, time to build relationships with customers, and space to showcase their full offering.
What’s on Offer:
A 4m x 2m space (approx. ¼ of the front gallery) [pics here]
Enough room for 3–4 trestle tables or a full boutique-style setup or canopy or small truck
7-day access for a Full month
Depending on the vendor, you may choose to open weekends only, part-time during the week, or go all in every day. We will discuss as a group of 4 each month what works best for all.
Rotating access to the front outdoor area
Ideal for coffee stands, canopies (up to 2), or even a small food truck.
Prime Rathmines location with strong daily footfall
Promotion across The MART Market’s social media and community networks
Who It’s For:
We’re seeking makers, creators, and food producers – everything sold must be made or designed by you.

✅ Sustainable fashion or lifestyle brands
⚠️ Please note: This is a curated market. Resale or dropshipping businesses are not eligible.
Key Details:
€400 flat fee per 4-week slot – that’s just €13 per day!
You staff and manage your own area
Running from July to October 2025
If successful, this format may replace our 8-table rotating market model – which will return for the Christmas Market in Nov-Dec.
Why We’re Doing This:
Vendors are asking for longer-term setups, stronger storytelling, and deeper engagement.
This residency model allows you to:
- Build a loyal customer base
- Test new products and layouts
- Establish a presence in a vibrant part of Dublin
It’s particularly great for food vendors, who are seeing strong demand and need more space and consistency to thrive.
